In a move designed to bolster its account management leadership, creative agency adam&eveDDB has announced a series of senior promotions. The decision is set to strengthen both the department and the client experience at the agency.
Adam Patel and Fay Taylor have been named Joint Heads of Account Management, with Jo Lorimer being promoted to Client Experience Director, and Loella Collier becoming the Account Management Development Director. These promotions come after each had held the position of Deputy Heads of Account Management since January 2022.
Fay, an adam&eveDDB veteran since 2017, has successfully led various cornerstone clients of the agency and been part of award-winning teams. Likewise, Adam has been instrumental in creating award-winning campaigns for major clients since joining the agency in 2017.
Their new role as Joint Heads of Account Management will see them lead the department to better cater to clients' evolving and diverse needs.
In addition, Jo Lorimer, who has over nine years of experience at adam&eveDDB, will assume the role of Client Experience Director. In her new role, Jo will prioritize the client experience across the agency's wide range of clients.
Loella Collier, with over seven years at the agency, will take up the position of Account Management Development Director. Loella's focus will be on enhancing the team’s capabilities and developing initiatives such as entry-level programs.
The newly promoted leaders will report to Miranda Hipwell, who took on the role of Chief Client Officer earlier this year.
In addition to these changes, Helen Andrews joined adam&eveDDB as its new Chief Executive Officer this month, bringing more than a decade of industry experience to the agency.
The series of promotions underscores adam&eveDDB's commitment to nurturing talent and ensuring exceptional client experiences. It also marks a new chapter in the agency's history, one that promises greater success in the years to come.
