In a strategic move signaling the agency's enhanced commitment to design and technology, Eric Chia has been ushered in as the first-ever Executive Creative Director (ECD) of Design. This pioneering appointment also marks the first significant hire by the newly onboarded Chief Creative Officer, Carren O’Keefe.

Eric Chia is not just any name in the design realm. With a staggering two-decade experience, he's been the driving force behind some of the industry's renowned agencies such as BBH, Publicis.Sapient, R/GA, Wieden + Kennedy, and notably Media.Monks, where he donned the hats of Design Director and Head of Design. Chia's illustrious portfolio is studded with iconic brand collaborations like Nike, Google, Airbnb, Audi, and many more. Furthermore, he's notched up accolades, with a crowning jewel being a Grand Prix at Cannes for the interactive film, Philips ‘Carousel’.
