Iconic footwear brand Dr. Martens has announced the appointment of Ije Nwokorie to the newly created role of chief brand officer, effective February 1, 2024. Nwokorie joins Dr. Martens from his current position as senior director of retail engagement and marketing at Apple.
In his new role, Nwokorie will be responsible for overseeing the brand's global marketing, product, and strategy functions. He will report directly to Dr. Martens CEO Kenny Wilson.
