In a strategic move, London-based agency EssenceMediacomX has named David Grainger as its new Head of Planning, succeeding Alina Kulesza. Grainger, who brings a wealth of experience from leading agencies such as Mindshare Worldwide, Viseum, and iProspect, takes on his new role immediately.

Having freelanced over the past year, Grainger expressed enthusiasm about leading a team of 100 planners across the UK and spearheading the agency's media planning strategies. EssenceMediacomX, formed after joining forces with Mediacom last year, has been undergoing notable transformations, with Clare Chapman taking over as CEO in November and David Wilding joining as Chief Strategy Officer.
