First up, Clare O’Mahoney, who joins as the head of creative production. O'Mahoney brings a smorgasbord of industry experience, most recently from Modern Designers. As the co-founder of the Pilkington Club, she's already a superhero in promoting women's career growth. Clare will mastermind client accounts and bring in oodles of operational finesse to Flow’s ever-evolving offerings.

Next, Matt Volp, a motion design guru with a history at Havas, jumps in as the head of animation. Brace yourselves for some jaw-dropping animated stories and moving brand systems! With a résumé boasting collaborations with giants like Columbia Pictures, Manchester United, and Nike, Volp is the real deal. And guess what? He loves tinkering with custom tools to elevate the animation game!

Last but not least, Winston Tsang, Flow Creative's in-house talent, gets a well-deserved promotion to Art Director. Winston has been making waves with Flow since 2019, specializing in narrative, character-led animation projects. He's the go-to guy to bring those art direction dreams to life!
