Simply tapping the 'Draft personalized message' prompt at the bottom of the composer window unlocks a world of efficiency and convenience.

LinkedIn explains the process: "Utilizing our own in-house generative AI model, trained on successful InMails, we extract information from the candidate's profile, job description, and the recruiter's company to draft a highly personalized message, sparking meaningful conversations."

Once the AI-generated InMail is created, recruiters can further refine and personalize the message by selecting specific topic elements they wish to include. This customization feature empowers recruiters to maintain a personal touch while significantly reducing the time spent on outreach.
