Creative agency M&C Saatchi is set to produce adverts for Every Story Matters as part of the UK’s Covid-19 public inquiry, following a competitive pitch process.

M&C Saatchi to Develop ‘Every Story Matters’ Ads

Creative agency M&C Saatchi has been selected to produce adverts for 'Every Story Matters', a program under the UK's public inquiry into the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. The initiative aims to enable people to share evidence and experiences from the pandemic.

The London-based agency won the brief after a competitive pitch process. It will be working alongside a research agency, yet to be appointed, which will analyze and report on the shared experiences. The agency, however, won't have access to these experiences directly.

'Every Story Matters' intends to streamline the process for those affected by Covid-19 to share their experiences and highlight their concerns, without the need for formal evidence submission or attending a public hearing. The initiative has already garnered more than 12,000 responses and is supported by over 60 organizations.

The public inquiry, chaired by Baroness Heather Hallett, is reviewing the UK government's handling of the Covid-19 pandemic and aims to draw lessons for future scenarios. The initiative emphasizes on raising awareness about 'Every Story Matters' and ensuring participation from a diverse range of people, including those from underrepresented groups who were significantly affected by the pandemic.
