Marks & Spencer has ended its relationship with creative agency House 337 after a four-year partnership. The retailer has not yet announced its plans for its Clothing and Home creative business.
House 337 was appointed to the M&S Clothing and Home account in 2019, following a pitch process. During their partnership, the agency created a number of award-winning campaigns for the retailer, including the 2022 Christmas campaign "Gifts that Give", which celebrated the generosity behind an M&S gift.
In a statement, M&S said: "We are grateful to House 337 for their creativity and partnership over the past four years. We have achieved some great things together, including the launch of our most diverse Christmas ad to date.
"As our contract with House 337 comes to an end, we have taken the decision to review our Clothing and Home creative business. We will keep our customers updated on our plans in due course."
House 337 also issued a statement, saying: "We have had a fantastic four years working with M&S. We are proud of the work we have done together, and we wish them all the best for the future."
It is currently unclear whether M&S will appoint a new agency or bring its Clothing and Home creative business in-house.
