Porter Novelli introduces The Connected Core, a new global network model catering to evolving client needs with agility and accelerated growth.

Porter Novelli's Innovative 'Borderless' Network Model.

Responding to changing client needs in a fluctuating global economy, Porter Novelli presents a new global network model, The Connected Core. This model enables the agency to bring together the best talent worldwide, establishing a center of excellence for each client, into which additional expertise can be integrated as needed.

Fenella Grey, Porter Novelli EMEA Managing Director, highlights the impetus for this change, stating, "Given the increasing volatility in customer buying behaviors and the rising pressure on impact measurement due to the cost-of-living crisis, it became apparent that we needed to create a more agile solution to address these global seismic shifts. Our Connected Core 'lever system' allows clients to swiftly incorporate (or remove) expertise according to priority markets and needs.”

The Connected Core model comprises four capability cohorts: Purpose & Impact, Corporate Counsel, Brand Growth, and Employee Engagement. Each cohort pools talent from across the globe in critical strategic areas. The Strategic Services hub forms the heart of this model, offering top-notch content, production, strategy, planning, and data-led expertise. The goal is to allow businesses to communicate at the pace of culture, as Porter Novelli value proposition states.

Jessica Mullan, Director of International Communications at Blueprint Medicines, speaks highly of the Porter Novelli team and the new network model, emphasizing the agency's ability to anticipate and swiftly respond to opportunities.

The launch of this innovative network model follows a two-year growth trajectory of 40% and a series of new client wins in the first quarter of 2023, including The Rhodes Trust, Jaunt temporary car insurance, and Roche.
