London-based digital agency Reboot Online is making strategic moves to bolster its senior leadership team with four new recruits, all of whom come from agencies in Leeds.
Alexa Cobbold and James Olliver, both formerly of IDHL Group, have been appointed as Digital PR Account Directors. In their new roles, they will be instrumental in shaping Reboot Online's public relations strategies and leading the company's PR teams. Cobbold, who spent nearly a decade managing creative PR solutions at IDHL, expressed her enthusiasm for bringing her expertise to Reboot Online during its growth phase.
Zoë Elizabeth Blogg, who has eight years of experience at Leeds-based ICS-digital, will serve as the new Operations Director. Darci Vivian has been recruited as the company’s first formal HR Manager, joining from another Leeds agency, Jaywing. Vivian is looking forward to fostering a thriving work environment and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Shai Aharony, CEO and founder of Reboot Online, said that these appointments were made in light of several new contract wins, including those from Allianz Direct and Viator, a TripAdvisor subsidiary. Aharony sees this as a key time for Reboot Online, which has ambitious growth plans. "We’ve laid the foundation to scale at speed, and we’re now at the threshold of an exciting phase,” he said.
This year, Reboot Online has also broadened its service offerings to include both traditional PR and paid media, aiming to provide an integrated approach to public relations. The company already has offices in Leeds, Manchester, Bristol, Edinburgh, and Birmingham and aims to continue its national expansion.
