Samsung has initiated its inaugural Gaming Hub Challenge by hosting a live Rocket League battle at London's renowned Piccadilly Circus, marking the first livestreamed gaming event at the iconic Piccadilly Lights. This unique event, a collaboration with Samsung's creative agency Cheil, aims to engage both gamers and non-gamers alike.

The 30-minute livestream featured a thrilling showdown between gaming influencers @ApparentlyJxck and @Vatira5, vying for the title of Samsung Gaming Hub champion.

Anita Luo, Samsung Europe gaming service product manager, expressed excitement about this groundbreaking event, emphasizing Samsung's commitment to making gaming exciting and accessible for everyone. The Samsung Gaming Hub, offering over 3,000 games without the need for a console, presents a new era of gaming convenience.

The gameplay unfolded live from Samsung's King's Cross store, with plans to extend the campaign's reach across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, and YouTube.

Donna Buckingham, Cheil's head of business, underscored the pride in partnering with Samsung for this pioneering event.
