Savills Enlists adam&eveDDB and Bountiful Cow for Marketing

Renowned real estate advisor Savills has appointed adam&eveDDB as its lead creative agency and Bountiful Cow as its media agency to redefine the marketing strategy for its global residential business.

adam&eveDDB will be charged with delivering customer-centric creative solutions for Savills’ residential business division, while Bountiful Cow will manage the media account, employing a commercial and strategic approach to brand activation and digital marketing.

"Savills is a prominent brand in the property sector with ambitious growth plans. We're thrilled to welcome them to our home and play a role in driving their marketing transformation," shared adam&eveDDB executive chair Tammy Einav.

Expressing her delight at this new collaboration, Victoria Bennett, Savills' Head of Brand Marketing, stated, "We are delighted to have adam&eveDDB and Bountiful Cow on board to help accelerate our marketing transformation agenda. The core of that agenda is becoming more client-centric, more data-driven, and more commercial and strategic in our approach to driving business growth."

The announcement comes after Savills CEO Mark Ridley's recent report that the company’s revenues have “held up pretty well,” attributing any decline in profits to agents' food and wine expenses rather than instability in the property market.

Bountiful Cow CEO, Adam Foley, added, "Savills already has an unrivalled reputation as one of the world's leading property advisors. We are looking forward to working together to achieve our shared ambition.”

In the past, Savills worked with the creative agency Isobel on integrated TV adverts, including the successful 'Love Stories' series that aired from 2017 to 2021.
