St Luke’s, a leading independent creative agency, has announced the appointment of Elly Fenlon as their new Planning Director. Fenlon, an award-winning strategist, is renowned for her knack for creating work that not only solves client problems but also deeply resonates with audiences. She has also been a staunch advocate for improving the representation of marginalized groups in media.
Prior to her move, Fenlon served as a Senior Planner at Leo Burnett, where she led the successful "Live Happy" rebrand for TUI across Europe and contributed to high-impact McDonald’s campaigns, including the "Big Flavour Wraps".
Before Leo Burnett, Fenlon was a Senior Strategist at AMV BBDO, where her work on campaigns like Snickers’ "You’re Not You When You’re Hungry" earned her a Gold at the APG Creative Strategy Awards. She also participated in a three-month in-house skills exchange program at BBDO Shanghai, expanding her horizons.
At St Luke’s, Fenlon will report to Chief Strategy Officer Dan Hulse and take the helm of strategy for Heathrow and KP Snacks accounts initially. "Elly’s got a proven record of helping brands change the conversation," said Hulse, "We’re delighted to have her on our growing team."
St Luke's is known for its exceptional professional development programs and has been honored as one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work for five years running. Fenlon is excited to join the team, stating, "I can’t wait to get going and add to that body of fantastic creative."
With Fenlon on board, St Luke's continues to be an industry leader, marrying a culture of inclusivity with high-quality strategic planning. It appears the agency is all set to climb new heights in its creative endeavors.
