In a strategic move to fuel more creative and integrated work, the7stars, the UK's largest independent agency group, has announced the addition of four senior hires to its investment team. These appointments follow a year of significant growth, with the agency’s billings soaring to £500 million.
Lewis Shaw joins the agency as the investment managing partner. With 16 years at MGOMD, Shaw brings a wealth of experience to the role. "Being part of the7stars’ ambitious growth is an opportunity too great to pass up," said Shaw.
Adam Pace takes on the role of digital investment and partnership lead. Pace, who previously worked at Fenestra and Talon OOH, aims to enhance programmatic productivity at the agency.
They will be joined by Nene Harrison, who was appointed client commercial director earlier this year, and Ian Daly, who will assume the role of head of av investment. Daly was formerly head of activation at Bountiful Cow, a part of the7stars Group.
The appointments are expected to reinforce the agency's strategy of providing innovative media partner activations across both the7stars and Bountiful Cow. "Guided by an unwavering commitment to transparency, our brilliant investment team is perfectly poised to provide win-win scenarios for both our clients and media partners," said Jenny Biggam, the group founder of the7stars.
These strategic hires follow the appointment of a new head of partnership earlier this year and a doubling of the agency's strategy team in June, showcasing the7stars' aggressive expansion.
