TheFork, a restaurant reservation platform, has introduced a new brand campaign to convey how its service can enhance your dining experience. This initiative, titled 'You're All Set,' marks TheFork's first campaign since its extensive rebranding by DesignStudio, developed in collaboration with creative agency Droga5.
The central piece of the campaign is a 60-second film, illustrating how using TheFork to book and vet restaurants can significantly improve dining experiences.
TheFork's chief marketing officer, Jose Noguer, expressed that the new campaign aims to instill the habit of using TheFork for restaurant outings. He emphasized the cultural tension between leaving restaurant visits to chance, which can lead to disappointment, and how TheFork's features and benefits can ensure a successful dining experience.
The campaign will be supported by out-of-home, digital, and social media channels, maintaining the film's casual, witty tone.
Shelley Smoler, Droga5's chief creative officer, added that every meal requires preparation, and without it, outcomes can be unfavorable. Smoler suggested that TheFork is an easy solution to ensure a pleasant dining out experience.
