TMW Unlimited Expands Digital Reach with New Agency - TMWX

TMW Unlimited is launching TMWX, a specialist digital agency aimed at helping brands enhance customer interactions. The new agency combines digital design, development, SEO, and performance marketing specialisms.

TMW Unlimited is launching a new specialist digital agency, TMWX. This move is set to combine the digital design and development specialists formerly part of Splendid with TMW Unlimited's Performance Marketing and SEO teams. The initiative aims to blend stand-out creativity with end-to-end connectivity under the agency's proposition, 'Ideas That Move People'.

TMWX aims to help brands engage with their customers more effectively, using human insight to improve communications throughout the customer journey. The integration of design, development, SEO, and performance marketing will facilitate seamless collaboration across these naturally coexisting specialisms. The new agency will continue to receive support from the Human Understanding Lab, UNLIMITED's in-house expert team.

Rob Watt, who formerly led the Performance Marketing and SEO teams, will head TMWX. He will continue to be a part of the TMW Unlimited senior leadership team, under the guidance of TMW Unlimited CEO, Chris Mellish.

One of TMWX's first significant projects will be building a new website for Westfield Rise, the in-house media agency of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. This new approach aims to address brands' consistent pain points of connection, interaction, and conversion, offering a unified approach to digital experiences and marketing campaigns.
