Wavemaker makes a strategic move, enlisting Chris Worsley from iProspect to helm its global performance strategies as the new Global Performance Lead, beginning January 2024.
Taking charge in this pivotal role, Worsley's primary focus will be spearheading top-notch performance strategies for Wavemaker's worldwide clientele. Collaborating closely with global GroupM Nexus leadership, he aims to push boundaries and set industry benchmarks.
Reporting to Anna Hickey, Wavemaker's global consultancy lead and client president, Worsley assumes a critical position in driving new business initiatives, steering growth trajectories for clients, and leading in new business pitches.
Previously at iProspect, Worsley held the role of UK Group Managing Director, instrumental in transforming the agency from a performance specialist to an integrated digital-first media agency. His tenure of eight years witnessed the launch of the 'Brands Accelerated' proposition and the acquisition of notable clients like Pandora, The Economist, and Carlsberg.
Worsley's rich industry experience extends through roles at JWT, AnalogFolk, and Havas Work Club.
